Mahesh Patel Director

Mahesh initially qualified as a barrister and has over 30 years’ experience in all aspects of:

• Commercial litigation
• Insolvency
• Residential and commercial property disputes

Mahesh’s professional life has been largely spent in the prestigious West End and firms in the City of London. Prior to founding Stenfield Solicitors, Mahesh was a partner in a city firm where two of his partners were respectively the Under-Sheriffs of Greater London and Surrey. Mahesh was instrumental in the setting up of the Sheriff Lodgement Centre. His time at the firm was invaluable in gaining his vast experience in litigation and enforcement law.

Mahesh joined forces with Alpesh Patel in November 2016 to provide a wider range of services to the firm’s clients.

Mahesh is very approachable and gives comprehensive advice in a no-nonsense, readily understandable manner, always recognising the commercial needs of his clients.

Outside of the office Mahesh is a film buff, travel lover, a foodie and has, on more than one occasion been described by those who have seen him play, as an “enthusiastic” golfer.
